Introductory Lamb Meat Price List for Fall/Winter 2010.
Lamb meat is now ready for pick-up! This is grass- fattened Lamb meat that was dry-aged for 7 days!

Lamb Chops   $12 /lb  ($4 - $8,50 per pkg)
Lamb Steaks   $10 /lb  ($3 - $7 per pkg)

Lamb Roast  $10 /lb  ($12 -$19 per pkg)
Lamb "Crown" Roast $15/ lb ($12 - $18 per pkg)
Lamb "Loin" Roast $15/lb ($19.50 -$22.50 per pkg)

Lamb Shanks $10/ lb ($6 -$8 per pkg)
Lamb Ribs $5/ lb ($3.50 - $5.50 per pkg)

Ground Lamb Meat $6 /lb ($6 - $9.29 per pkg)
Middle Neck Chops w/ bone $5 /lb  ($1 - $3 per pkg)

Liver/Kidney/Tongue/"Fries"  $5 /lb
